Love is a Superpower:

4 ways to transcend time, space and self

Course Description

The practice of Love transforms our relationship to ourselves, to others and to the world we live in. In this 4 week online course with Martin Aylward we will learn what it really means to love:

  • Ourselves, seeing our innate goodness
  • Those around us, whether we like them or not
  • That which we value, aligning our life with our deepest longing
  • Our practice, showing up to our life even when it’s difficult
  • Each moment, so that we’re able to be with whatever arises.

During 4 weeks of interactive teachings, practices and interaction online, Martin will introduce the main Buddhist heart practices in such a way as to deeply integrate them into our everyday lives.

The course will help you develop an increasingly loving relationship to experience, even when things are particularly difficult, and you will learn how different expressions of love can both clarify your understanding and become the natural resting places of your heart.
