Navigating the Worldly Winds of our Mind
This talk explores how mindfulness-based practices can help us begin to identify and quell the effects of the 8 Worldly Winds as taught by the Buddha. Navigating our internal and external landscape of consciousness, thinking, and emotions from a space of equanimity can lead us away from suffering and towards our deeper awakening.
